Preparation Tips:
Make sure you have a private, comfortable spot to lie down for the class duration. You can lie on a yoga mat on the floor, couch, or bed. If you have back problems, you can sit in a chair.
15 minutes before the start of the call, ensure you have the latest version of Zoom installed on the device you'll be using for the session and that your camera is working.
Make sure you prop up your phone or computer to be on camera during the session so Kristin can guide your breathing.
Come with a clear intention for what you want to release and the possibilities you want to invite into your life.

💠 Can’t attend live? Register for the powerful recording. Breathers worldwide who can’t attend live due to time zones or scheduling conflicts breathe with the 7-day replay and still have an equally powerful experience!
💠 Directions: Once you register with your donation, you will receive the class Zoom link to the email you provided when you donated. If you register via Meetup, you should see the Zoom link on the event landing page after registering. You should also receive a reminder email from Meetup with the Zoom link for this live online breathwork session.
💠 Location: Zoom. You will receive a Zoom link via email before this session. This is a live call, and it will start on time.
💠 Late Arrivals: To prevent session disruption, the room will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you try to enter the session after it is locked, you will not be let in because it is too disruptive for Kristin to guide the session and the other participants in engaging the breath. Late arrival also means you will have missed the breathwork instructions at the beginning of the class. You will still receive the recording to follow at your convenience. No refunds are given for late arrivals that are locked out.

Absolutely! While many people choose to lie down for their breathwork session, you are welcome to do it from a seated position on the floor with your back against the wall or in a chair if that feels more comfortable. Most importantly, you feel supported and at ease during the session.

It’s completely normal to feel a bit nervous, especially if this is your first time trying breathwork. Come with an open mind and release your inner critic—you can’t get it wrong! This style of breathwork is simple and intuitive; all you need to do is keep breathing. Kristin will guide you gently and support you throughout the entire session, making it a safe and empowering experience.
