What to Expect During the 90-Minute Session:
Gentle Movement to Open Energy Centers: We begin the session with a brief, intuitive movement and dancing to awaken your energy and connect with your body.
Intention Setting: Set a clear, powerful intention to guide your breathwork journey and align your energy.
Guided Breathwork Session: Experience a gentle yet powerful breathwork practice that activates the body’s natural ability to heal and rejuvenate.
Uplifting Music: Let uplifting sounds enhance your guided breathwork journey into relaxation and self-discovery.
Integration Sharing Circle: At the end of the session, we gather as a group to create a safe, supportive space for anyone who feels called to share their breathwork experiences and insights.

Arrival Time: Arrive at least 15 minutes early to get settled and comfortable.
Session Starts at 10:00am
Session Ends at 11:30am
Registration:
Space is limited to ensure an intimate experience. Please register in advance.
Late Arrivals
To prevent session disruption, the room will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you try to enter the session after it is locked, you will not be let in because it is too disruptive for Kristin to guide the session and the other participants in engaging the breath. Late arrival also means you will have missed the breathwork instructions at the beginning of the class.

Clarity Breathwork is generally safe, but if you have specific health concerns - if you have pre-existing medical conditions, have had a recent surgery, are pregnant, have high blood pressure, eye issues, seizures, a personal or family history of aneurysms, cardiovascular conditions or have severe mental health challenges, please consult with your healthcare provider beforehand. Absolutely! While many people choose to lie down for their breathwork session, you are welcome to do it from a seated position on the floor with your back against the wall or in a chair if that feels more comfortable. Most importantly, you feel supported and at ease during the session.

It’s completely normal to feel a bit nervous, especially if this is your first time trying breathwork. Come with an open mind and release your inner critic—you can’t get it wrong! This style of breathwork is simple and intuitive; all you need to do is keep breathing. Kristin will guide you gently and support you throughout the entire session, making it a safe and empowering experience.
