Private Clarity Breathwork sessions are incredibly powerful because they are a safe, nonjudgemental container to release stress, grief, and anxiety and gain a profound sense of clarity, resolution, and peace. With consistent sessions, you'll deepen your sense of peace, clarity, harmony, and heightened states of consciousness.

What to expect:

We spend the first 20 minutes of the session in discussion about what’s present for you in terms of life stressors and goals and then we'll move into 50 minutes of active breathing. I will guide you through the entire session and give you instructions on exactly how to breathe to access these deep transformational states of awareness.

The magic truly happens in the 50-minute active breathing portion of your session. The combination of speaking your present truth and then creating the space for something greater (clarity, acceptance, release) to emerge into your conscious awareness with Clarity Breathwork is incredibly powerful.

The last 20 minutes of the session are reserved for you to gently come out of active breathing, write down your experiences, messages, and observations in your journal, and share your insights, awareness, and moments of clarity. 

After the session, I will follow up with reminders and ideas that may have emerged during the session. 

You should plan on relaxing after the session to integrate your experience fully.

You can come prepared for your breathwork session. For your session, you should have: 

  • A private, quiet, comfortable place to lie down

  • A charged cell phone or laptop

  • Headphones 

  • Comfortable clothes

  • Blankets

  • Water

  • Pillows

  • A journal and pen
